$Twentyten – The Year of the Reality Shift

$Twentyten will be the year of the reality shift. Shifting realities, or the promise of, is a fundamental component of entertainment. A game show where contestants can win up to $1,000,000/episode is the perfect example. People love the idea of a dramatic change in financial position overnight. No one wants to watch a TV show where someone works for 40 years, saves, and eventually retires with a million dollars. Slow, evolutionary change is boring, but things that can instantly shift reality are interesting.

The Human Problem

I’ve been dealing with a lot of spam lately and it’s only going to get worse. Spam, like other security issues is a human problem. You can try and contain it but someone is always going to come up with something new.
