FINZ.tv, FINZ.tv | October 3rd, 2009 at 11:06 am
I will not be posting today, since I have to travel out of town for a family obligation. As of now, 7:37 AM on Friday AM, it looks like another sell-off day. My candle scans are running 14 to 1 bearish to bullish, and these have been a very reliable predictor of the days action.

FINZ.tv, FINZ.tv | September 30th, 2009 at 7:43 am
This just in from CNBC: revised second quarter GDP -.7 %. better than expected from economists (-1.2%); Inventories down (good) and consumption up (good). Futures are up, but my candle scans from last night negative as well as $CPCI forecast. I would like to add that yesterday was the first time that I can recall that my candle forecast was wrong.

Daily Log and Journal for 9/29/09
FINZ.tv, FINZ.tv | September 29th, 2009 at 8:16 am
I ready for the day. My market scans are strongly bullish for today and are reinforced by Yong Pan’s $CPCI reading of 2.11, well over his 1.55 benchmark that forecasts a “Green day” that follows.

MACROECONOMIC CONDITIONS EXPLAINED
FINZ.tv, FINZ.tv | August 26th, 2009 at 8:14 am
First it was Business Week. Then President Obama. Now it is Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke. Speaking before a group of bankers this past weekend in Jackson Hole Wyoming, Bernanke echoed the growing relief among European and Asian central bankers that their own economies have already started to rebound, expressing optimism that “economic activity both in the US and abroad was showing signs of leveling off”, and that “the worst of the financial crisis is already behind us”.

FINZ.tv, FINZ.tv | August 13th, 2009 at 7:37 am
Over time markets clearly have a positive bias upwards. Those who make their coin strictly via shorting earn it the hard way usually.
